Shipping Policy
GADRIK partners with major international shipping companies such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, which work alongside local carriers. This allows us to deliver directly to your door while offering flat-rate shipping worldwide. You’ll be charged at checkout, and all payments are subject to verification and approval prior to shipping, which may take several days. To prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed or canceled.
Shipping Process
We typically need 2 to 5 business days to process your order and hand it over to our shipping partner’s sorting facility. Some items may require more time, especially during holiday periods (up to 10 days) or if your order includes popular, out-of-stock items. Once your order is being processed by our shipping department, no changes can be made—including address modifications. We only ship to the address provided at checkout.
We ship on business days only and do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. For orders containing multiple items, products may ship separately and arrive at different times due to location differences among our manufacturing partners.
Tracking
All orders come with a tracking number. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your package has been shipped to the sorting center. For some carriers, it may take several days for tracking updates to appear in the system. If it’s been more than 5 business days and there is still no tracking info available, please contact us.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country or region. Specific delivery dates are not guaranteed. Estimated delivery times are:

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, Gadrik is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as customs procedures, holidays, severe weather, strikes, or protests. These events may cause additional delays.
Duties, Taxes & Other Fees
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or clearance fees once the package reaches the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. ZARKOV has no control over these charges and cannot predict them. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for both the import fees and any return shipping costs. Customs policies vary widely by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
ZARKOV is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged. If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please report it and/or file a claim with your shipping carrier.
Note: We use the timestamped tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing claims for damage or return. We may not be able to honor your request if it is not reported.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate before confirming an order. Orders begin processing immediately, so changes cannot be made after checkout. If the order has already entered our shipping department, we will not be able to retrieve or update the address.
